Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical equipment in the facility
• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Trouble shoot and repair of general equipment, mechanical and electrical
• Provide general maintenance support to food processing machines, conveyors, etc.
• Manage all control systems in the plant, utilizing thorough knowledge of processing and packaging systems.
