Roles

& Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential new homes and commercial buildings

  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems

  • Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety standards

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions

  • Task apprentices below you with duties, and communicate with other trades and managers on site

    • Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Plumber license

  • Experience working in a commercial and multi-family setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to perform labor-intensive work

  • Class 5 driver's license
