Job Role:

● Daily transactions entry in Zoho Books and tally with clinic management software

● Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable

● Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports

● Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts

● Coordinate with CA team in GST filing, tax compliance, and financial reporting

● Monitor cash flow and budgeting

● Support the monthly and year-end closing process

● Collaborate with the management team to ensure financial accuracy

● Monthly payroll preparation

● Inventory management in software and monthly / weekly physical stock verification

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

● 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry
