Technical Skills

  • Familiar with front-end technologies

  • Knows SDLC concepts (Agile / Waterfall)

  • Has programming knowledge (JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Java)

  • Often transitioned from IT Support to development

  • Strong in documentation and technical specs

  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

  • Performance issue analysis

  • Works closely with developers and business users

  • Documents procedures and system configurations

  • Supports both onsite and remote users

Qualifications

  • BS in Information Technology / Computer Science

  • Experience supporting ERP or internal web systems

  • Uses ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)

  • Performs troubleshooting and basic debugging
