Application Support Coordinator
to organize and triage support tickets, perform documented operational tasks, and ensure proper routing and follow-up across the support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the support ticket queue to ensure all requests are logged and properly categorized
  • Review tickets for completeness (e.g., description, attachments, screenshots, links), and request missing information if needed
  • Assign tickets to the correct support tier or team based on defined workflows
