About the role

D. S. & T. DEVELOPMENT CORP.' is seeking a talented and driven Jr. Architect to join their team in Fairview, Quezon City. This full-time position will play a key role in the company's architecture and design division, contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting senior architects in the design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Producing technical drawings, 3D models, and other design documents using industry-standard software
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients, to bring designs to life
• Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure design feasibility
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes
• Providing support in the procurement of necessary permits and approvals
