About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Jr Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience with Power Platform, Ui Path, and Python. As a Jr Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using:
a) Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
b) Ui Path Studio
c) Agentic AI tools and frameworks to broaden automation capabilities and enable intelligent decision-making.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integrations.
• Write Power Shell scripts for system, file, and automation support tasks.
• Work with JSON for API integrations, Power Automate connectors, and data exchange.
• Analyze business processes and convert them into automation logic.
• Create innovative automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Implement exception handling, logging, validations, and retry mechanisms.
• Execute unit testing and UAT for automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (PDD, SDD, runbooks).
• Optimize and enhance automations for performance and reliability.
Required Skills (Fresher Level):
• Power Automate (Cloud or Desktop) – hands-on flow creation.
• Ui Path Studio – workflow development.
• Python – basic to intermediate scripting.
• Power Shell – basic automation scripts.
• JSON – read/write, API usage.
• APIs – integration and automation.
• AI tools – leveraging AI for workflow automation.
• Agentic AI concepts – understanding autonomous AI agents for workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of RPA concepts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Jr Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with other automation tools and programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is a bonus.
