Profile: Jr. Civil Engineer-Environmental-Surat-40k

Experience:  3-5 years in civil engineering project execution & management

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

• Develop detailed civil engineering designs as per project requirements

• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies and technical evaluations

• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules and execution activities

• Handle project estimation, BOQs, cost analysis and tendering support

• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards and regulations

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors

• Track project progress, budgets and resource utilization

• Identify execution issues and propose technical or commercial solutions

• Support site execution and travel to project locations as required

Qualification:

• Education: BE/ME (Civil Engineering) preferred but not mandatory  if experience is strong

• Experience in estimation, tendering & cost control

• Strong understanding of construction processes & safety norms

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously

• Willingness to travel and work from site locations (Surat & Dahej primarily)
