Experience- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client
servicing or account management roles Education- Bachelor's degree in business
administration, marketing, or a related field

Salary range upto 4.2lpa

Location- Gurgaon

·Routine tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving
changes from clients, and relaying those to the creative and content teams.

·Responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and,
therefore, communicating clearly to all those involved.

·Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure
customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·Developing a deep understanding of client’s businesses, goals, and needs
to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.

·Analysing client feedback and providing insights and recommendations for
improving service quality.

·Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
of client interactions

·Preparing and presenting reports and other documentation to clients,
including presentations and contracts.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in business administration,
marketing, or a related field

·Minimum of 1
to 2 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·Proven ability to build and maintain long-term
relationships with clients

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment
