We are seeking a **Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring their experience is smooth and satisfying.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Respond to customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and in-app support.
+ Handle complaints by providing timely solutions and follow-up.
+ Maintain strong knowledge of services to deliver efficient support.
+ Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
+ Adhere to KPIs to provide world-class customer safety support.
+ Manage reported cases with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
**Requirement**
+ Graduates - no experience required
+ Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)..
