About the Position
We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to drive commercial execution in the region, optimize resources, and ensure the achievement of key business KPIs. This role is essential for aligning strategies between HQ and the sales team, ensuring outstanding performance in Retail Distribution, Brand Building, and Business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of business objectives by defining and monitoring commercial action plans with the ASMs.
- Define Volume, SoM, and Numeric Distribution targets, analyzing reports and enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and optimize budgets (Allowances, TME, OVH’s, and Capex) to maximize return on investment.
