Job Description
As a JR. COATINGS FORMULATOR, you will develop, transfer and/or adapt packaging coating formulations, ensuring product competitiveness through Quality and Cost.
You will report to the head of laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create formulas at laboratory level and scale them to Production level.
- Work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies.
- You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies.
- Identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.
- Prepare and ship products and samples for analysis or testing.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Intermediate English.
- 2+ years of experience in water-based and solvent-based liquid painting techniques.
