Job Overview

Provide HR operational and administrative support for Chile and other markets, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance.
