Job Description

  • Learn and actively contribute to end-to-end Human Resources processes
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure smooth employee experiences
  • Contribute to performance management and continuous feedback cycles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Assist with employee engagement, eNPS, and internal communication initiatives
  • Take part in HR policy, procedure, and documentation work
  • Support employer branding and career communication activities
  • Assist in organizing internal events (weekly & monthly meetings, social events)
  • Learn and support HR metrics and reporting (turnover, time-to-hire, headcount, etc.)
