Job Description
- Learn and actively contribute to end-to-end Human Resources processes
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure smooth employee experiences
- Contribute to performance management and continuous feedback cycles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Assist with employee engagement, eNPS, and internal communication initiatives
- Take part in HR policy, procedure, and documentation work
- Support employer branding and career communication activities
- Assist in organizing internal events (weekly & monthly meetings, social events)
- Learn and support HR metrics and reporting (turnover, time-to-hire, headcount, etc.)
