Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, email, internet, printers)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues onsite or remotely
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Assist in network setup and maintenance (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers)
  • Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups
  • Maintain IT inventory (equipment, licenses, accessories)
  • Assist in implementing IT security policies and basic data protection
  • Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff when needed
  • Support new employee IT onboarding (account setup, devices)
