**In your new role you will:
- Incident & Change request resolution
- Create, solve or coordinate incidents and change requests fast and efficient in respective areas to keep operations stable
- Root cause analysis
- Analyze the root cause of incidents and develop measures to avoid them in areas of your responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functional with other IT parties & functions to continuously improve our services
- Take part in projects and be creative & innovative at work
