We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Sous Chef . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy high-profile kitchen and possess excellent leadership skills.

About the Job

  • To lead by example alongside the Head Chef or Executive Chef to deliver effective and efficient dining experiences for members.

The successful Sous Chef must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, understand and follow written and verbal instructions. They should also have experience managing P&L, labour, purchasing vendors quality control. Strong attention to detail is essential as well as strong teamwork skills. Fluency in English & Spanish is required.
