Learning Assessment, Design And Development

• Assist in the end to end process by determining learning gaps in the organization through data validation and providing specific outcomes and training recommendations.
• Provide support in designing and developing custom training modules, partners with external training providers, or recommends industry certifications.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.

Training Facilitation

• Support in delivering training sessions using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual instructor‑led training, and webinars.
