Key Accountabilities
Comply with the personnel management role (vacations, overtime, movements, leave of absence, reports for the payroll area, Support the correction of complaints from customers (action plans, 8D´s), related to issues caused by tooling sets Maintain and preserve the tooling sets in good conditions Development of Technician & Maintenance Leader (Technically) through the Growth and Development System Update and maintain the spare part stock Maintain & update IATF/EMS/OHSAS /MOS/EnMS documents & KPI . Using control descriptions, I/O lists, electrical schematics, and drawings, creating systems PLC/HMI/SCADA code for control of various electro-mechanical systems. Assist Technicians with start-up and troubleshooting of applied programming. Program troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution. Providing field support for equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. Control the cost of maintenance. Implement MMS tools in plant and monitor Knowledge CMMS and maintain/update maintenance data Support implementation of digitalization initiatives Academic & Experience
Diploma or B-Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment, industrial controls (PLC’s, SCADA, Electricity, , with Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Rexroth, and Beckhoff PLCs and drive systems, proficient in software installation, editing, troubleshooting, and programming of automation systems.
