What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
• Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment.
• Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
