The role supports process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. You will be a key player in maintaining and improving overall plant indicators.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
Provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment
Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
