What You’ll Be Doing- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
- Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment.
- Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
