Job Summary
The MS 365 Engineer oversees the technical operations, governance, and automation of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role ensures high availability and service consistency through expert Tier-3 support, process automation (scripting), and the implementation of industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Tier-3 Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for Exchange Online, MS Entra ID, Teams (Voice), OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Infrastructure Management: Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of M365 environments to ensure peak performance.
