Requirements:
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex security issues.
Knowledge of finance and auditing to assess the financial impact of risks on the organization.
Experience in sectors such as insurance and risk management, with a focus on threat prevention and vulnerability mitigation.
Up-to-date knowledge of security and risk regulations and standards.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as a clear results orientation and commitment to continuous learning.
Senior experience in cybersecurity (AppSec, SecOps, risk, infrastructure, GRC or related field)
Applied safety engineering
Strategic Responsibility for the organization's security.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Ownership and leadership mindset
Advanced English for international interaction
