Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical documents based on project definitions or other approved technical data, with support and approval from a mentor.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers, acting as an interface between engineering, quality, technical support, and operations areas, using the available reporting and support resources of the organization.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of tools that support the company's processes.
  • Issue Service Orders (SO) based on technical data from the documentation.
  • Prepare the maintenance dossier.
  • Handle nonconformity note dispositions.
  • Support the preparation and review of internal procedures.
