Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior Sales Admin Management Officer who will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Department Director, Managers, and the organization as a whole to facilitate efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks during biddings including photocopying, filing and organizing bid documents.
- Prepare documentation for client proposals.
- Assist in the preparation for big events.
- Assist with clients.
- Provide basic product information to clients.
- Participate and support department group activities.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications
- College graduate preferably with a Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology, or any other related course.
- At least one (1) year experience in a related capacity.
