Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior Sales Admin Management Officer who will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Department Director, Managers, and the organization as a whole to facilitate efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks during biddings including photocopying, filing and organizing bid documents.
  • Prepare documentation for client proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation for big events.
  • Assist with clients.
  • Provide basic product information to clients.
  • Participate and support department group activities.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably with a Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology, or any other related course.
  • At least one (1) year experience in a related capacity.
