Jr. Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM records to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting efforts by gathering and analyzing data. Ensure timely and accurate updates of opportunities, quotes, and deal approvals. Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to streamline and improve sales processes.

CRM Quotes Support

• Support the creation and validation of quotes in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing policies.
• Work closely with sales teams to troubleshoot quoting issues and provide guidance on quoting best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of automation and process improvements within the CRM quoting workflow.

Deal Desk Support

• Assist in reviewing deals for accuracy, compliance, and approval requirements before submission.
