This advanced role builds on top of the above Service Engineer role with additional development/debugging skill capabilities and task focus. Automate processes and procedures via code to improve speed and quality of service delivery. Contribute to developing platform infrastructure, service dashboards, investigative tools, and issue mitigation workflows using technologies consistent with the platform. Draw upon existing Azure and Kubernetes service experience to perform advanced debugging of microservice infrastructure components, including network tracing, dump analysis, and root cause investigations.
