**Primary responsibilities**
- You will be_:
- Administering user accounts, workstations and network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting workstations and servers related problems
- Supporting mail, virtual and storage infrastructure environments
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you have_:
- Knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows Servers 2019 and 2022
- Expert proficiency supporting Microsoft Office 2016/2019
- Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, Software installs, patches, etc.)
- Hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving
- Ability to support maintenance activities in Active Directory
- Experience with networking basics - Ability to resolve/troubleshoot networking issues (nslookup, ping, tracert, etc.)
- Good level of English language (90%)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
- A strong desire to learn and grow
