Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Application deployment through automation and manual methods (Ansible, python, bash, and shell scripting)
  • Systems and application troubleshooting
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and network systems of the company.
  • Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Set up accounts and workstations.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Overseeing system performance, troubleshoot issues, and outages.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • Manage system Backups and Disaster recovery.
  • Performing system upgrades following new releases
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
  • Build an internal SharePoint with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
