Column Technical Services is seeking a Jr. Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator
with law firm and campus recruiting experience
preferred to support attorney recruiting and professional development for a leading Am Law 100 firm in Washington, DC. In this role, you'll help drive campus hiring, summer associate programming, onboarding, and attorney training initiatives while partnering closely with both local and global talent teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with law firm experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment and enjoys coordinating high‑impact programs that shape attorney growth and success. Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC area and able to work onsite at least (3) three days per week in a hybrid schedule.
