Eaton’s EPG CPD ICD Industrial Controls Division division is currently seeking a Jr Test Engineer.
**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**
Support, maintain, and optimize testing equipment for feeder lines such as MDA’s in SMT as well as functional tests in final assembly lines ensuring safety for personnel in the operations and product Quality. Provide support to test engineering and maintenance to solve problems related to electronic products and to machinery controls.
**Essential Functions**
- Support safe testing equipment for all production lines. This includes MDA’s, subassembly, and final tests for both electronic and mechanical products.
- Maintain, calibrate, and optimize existing test equipment, identifying safety or performance gaps and correcting them.
- Support continuous process improvement, quality and cost reduction through changes and improvements to equipment and test equipment.
