About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Jr. UI/UX Designer  with over 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing engaging, user-friendly interfaces across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, possess a sharp eye for illustration and logo creation, and have a passion for delivering exceptional visual experiences. This role also requires strong client communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       UI/UX Design:  Design intuitive, attractive, and user-centered interfaces for both mobile apps and websites .

·       Tool Proficiency:  Create and manage design projects using Figma  and Photoshop , ensuring design consistency and quality.

·       Branding & Visual Identity:  Develop compelling logos , illustrations , and other brand collateral to support marketing and product needs.

·       Video Creation:  Produce engaging videos or motion graphics  for digital and product use as needed.

·       Client Interaction:  Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.

·       Team Collaboration & Leadership:  Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders; mentor junior designers  and contribute to maintaining high design standards.

·       Multitasking:  Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience .

·       Expertise in Figma , Adobe Photoshop , and design tools like Illustrator and After Effects (optional but preferred).

·       Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects.

·       Experience in logo design , branding , and illustration .

·       Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools is a plus.

·       Excellent communication skills and experience in client handling .

·       Proven experience in leading design teams or mentoring .

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Familiarity with the latest design practices  and ability to adapt to modern design trends .

·       Knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices.
