Job Title: Junior Research Assistant (JRA) / Senior Research Assistant (SRA)
Location: GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Project Title: Transducer Enabled Tiles for Harvesting Energy from Pedestrian Pressure
Funded By: CST, Uttar Pradesh
Duration: 3 Years (Contract Basis)
Application Deadline: 20 January 2026 (Extended)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of transducer-based energy harvesting systems.
- Simulation and modeling using tools such as SolidWorks, Ansys, and MATLAB.
- Prototyping, testing, and validation of sensor-enabled tiles.
- Documentation, reporting, and collaboration with the research team.
- Assisting in research publications and project deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Junior Research Assistant (JRA):
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or related fields.
- First-class academic record.
- Candidates with GATE qualification will be preferred.
For Senior Research Assistant (SRA):
- M.E./M.Tech. in EE/EEE/ECE/AEI/EN or related disciplines.
- Strong research aptitude in machine design, sensors, and simulation tools.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Ansys, and MATLAB is highly desirable.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in Electrical Machines, Instrumentation, Transducer, or Sensor Development.
- Research publications or project experience in related areas.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Fellowship Details:
- As per CST, UP norms.
- Position is temporary and coterminous with the project.
