What You Will Do
The Regional Manager will provide leadership, coaching, strategy, and direction for
the assigned sales team.
Grow the regional customer base by developing our existing customer base and opening strategic distribution.Develop relationships throughout all layers of your distributor’s management team, especially our MPP accounts.Integrate our JSS end-user team into the regional selling strategies to create insatiable end-user demand.Leverage Co-op Advertising dollars and SG&A budget to drive regional sales growth.Leverage and continuously rethink the sales structure in your territory.Perform daily coaching and mentoring for a large team of field sellers.Provide an accurate monthly billing meeting forecast.Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with the other Regional Managers from Field Sales.Actively make joint calls in the field while being a cheerful face for the brand regionally...
