ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfilling tasks set out by team lead & department manager.
  • Assist engineers in equipment performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining activities.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and system health checks.
  • Collect and analyze equipment data (e.g., uptime, yield, alarms) for continuous improvement projects.
  • Support improvement activities related to equipment reliability, availability, and quality performance.
  • Assist in documenting procedures, work instructions, and equipment recovery guides.
  • Contribute to automation, digitalization, or data visualization projects (e.g., using Excel, Python, or Power BI).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including process, quality, and manufacturing engineers.
