Duties and responsibilities:

-      Assisting in monthly closing of accounts and monthly management reporting.

-      Responsible for daily accounts recording functions and documentations.

-      Handling payment preparation and documentations

-      Bookkeeping and general accounting

-      Data entry and daily accounts recording

-      Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation

-      Liaison with auditor, company secretary and tax agent

-      Performing clerical work and interoffice support

-      Performing ad hoc tasks or assignments when required

Skills and qualifications:

-      Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification

-      Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office

-      Knowledge in accounting skill

-      Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay

-      Good team player, attention to details, able to multitask

-      Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.

-      Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
