Junior Account Executive (DACH) – Founding Team / Employee #3 Location: Berlin (Hybrid/Remote) Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity: From Zero to One EQL are recruiting on behalf of a Nordic EdTech scale-up that has already conquered Scandinavia (80% market share), the UK, and US. Now, they are launching in Germany. We are looking for Employee #3 to join their Berlin-based leadership team.

We don’t need a veteran with 10 years of experience. We need a hunter with energy, grit, and the ambition to build a market from scratch.

This is not a standard cog in the machine corporate role. You will be on the front lines, pitching to German School Authorities (Schulträger) and helping us build the German sales playbook.
