Junior Account Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support the company’s financial operations. What you'll be doing

• Full Set of Accounts: Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Daily Accounting Operations: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system, process invoices, payments, and claims efficiently.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and monitor cash flow positions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and compile monthly and annual financial reports, management reports, and balance sheets for internal stakeholders.
