Founding Account Executive | Cybersecurity Value Added Reseller (VAR) | $150k OTE | Melbourne-based | Hybrid

Our client is a fast-scaling cybersecurity powerhouse. As a value-added reseller of cutting-edge security solutions, they help organisations across Australia stay one step ahead of emerging threats.

They’re now looking for a Founding Account Executive — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the GTM strategy, not just execute it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building pipeline to convert into clients (Outbound selling is a requirement)
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover challenges and match clients with the right solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers for demos and proof of concept.
  • Maintain detailed opportunity records within the CRM and track performance.
  • Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in Outbound SaaS selling or as an SDR
  • A strong understanding of solution selling and the consultative sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and influence clients.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven by outcomes.
  • Hungry to learn, earn and grow
