Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing assigned client accounts and maintaining professional relationships

  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requests, requirements, and updates

  • Prepare and maintain account-related documents, reports, and trackers

  • Support onboarding, contract processing, and billing coordination (if applicable)

  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for assigned accounts

  • Handle email correspondence and basic client inquiries professionally

  • Ensure data accuracy in internal databases and tracking tools

  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
