Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing assigned client accounts and maintaining professional relationships
Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requests, requirements, and updates
Prepare and maintain account-related documents, reports, and trackers
Support onboarding, contract processing, and billing coordination (if applicable)
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for assigned accounts
Handle email correspondence and basic client inquiries professionally
Ensure data accuracy in internal databases and tracking tools
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
