Junior Accountant

Position: Junior Accountant Associate

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Arizona Standard Time – MST)

Compensation: USD $1,300–$1,700 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing US-based manufacturing company that designs and builds complex modular systems for industrial, energy, and defense-related clients. The finance and accounting function is in a building phase, so we are looking for an Accounting Associate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup-like environment.

This role sits above a clerk-level position and will focus on cash reconciliations, monthly close, and maintaining accurate financial records, while helping to put better processes and controls in place as the company scales.
