Junior Accountant

Experience: 0–3 Years
Industry Preference: Equity Trading / Stock Brokerage (preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations and gain exposure to client accounts in the equity trading / stock brokerage sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Assist in maintaining daily books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.




• Support preparation of P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.




• Help with bank reconciliations and client account reconciliations.




• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.




• Support the Senior Accountant / Finance team in audits and preparation of MIS reports.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Finance / Accounting.




• Mandatory: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, ledgers, P&L, and balance sheet.




• Preferred: Exposure to equity trading or stock brokerage firms.




• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or any accounting software is a plus.




• Good communication and ability to coordinate with team members and clients.
