Job Role: Junior Accountant – P2P
Location: Pune
Designation: Junior Accountant
Gross Salary: ₹21,000
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility available up to 25 km

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Basic accounting knowledge
2. Very good communication skills
3. Must have an interest in accounting, SAP, and finance
4. B. Com, M. COM, MBA finance Graduates (2023, 2024 and 2025 batch)
5. Team player and target-oriented
6. Both male and female candidates eligible

Selection Process:

1. Initial Rounds (Virtual): All 3 interview rounds will be conducted by the Rubicon Team via Google Meet.
2. Training: Selected candidates will undergo a 12-day online training via Google Meet after clearing the Rubicon interview rounds.
3. Post-Training Process: After successful completion of the online training, candidates will proceed to a test and final interview with the Infosys team.
4. Submission of Offer Letter: Candidates clearing the Infosys interview will receive offer letters directly from Infosys. They must submit their offer letters at the Infosys Head Office in Mysore.
5. Mandatory Training: After submitting the offer letter, candidates must complete a mandatory 12-day training program before joining.

Students must have all their semester marksheets and provisional certificates, as these are mandatory.
