Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Post and process journal entries for accurate financial recording

Update accounts receivable and generate invoices

Maintain accounts payable and perform reconciliations

Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports

Support with payroll, expense tracking, and other assigned financial tasks

Ensure financial data is accurately entered and maintained in company databases

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports

Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings

Work with senior accountants on accounting projects and audits
