Responsibilities
+ Ensure cheques are deposited into the correct accounts, addressing any backlog issues.
+ Investigate unknown payments and deposits, contacting payors to confirm payment details and request remittance advices.
+ Review and process payment/expense requisitions and ensure receipts are attached in accordance with expense and signing authority policies.
+ Manage and support the email inbox, ensuring timely communication with senior leadership.
+ Assist with the deposit process and electronic filing system management.
