About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day‑to‑day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the accounting team in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and trial balances
  • Assist with expense reporting
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2–3 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
