Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules
  • Check and file all accounting documents
  • Writing transactions on books of accounts
  • Prepare and file tax returns and assist with the payment
  • Prepare financial statements, payroll, and other reports
  • Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc
  • Perform field work as needed
  • Provide assistance in accounting work that is not covered above

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS-Accountancy, Management Accounting or equivalent
  • with knowledge in General Accounting including Taxation
  • Relevant experience in the same field is a plus
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
