Junior Accounts Assistant

About the role

Rhythme Technology Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Accounts Assistant to join our team in the Yishun North Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounting team by handling a variety of day-to-day financial tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems
• Processing staff claim reimbursement
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to financial record-keeping
