MPC Kinetic is seeking a full time, permanent Junior Administrator to join our team based in Wellcamp. Reporting into the Operations Support Coordinator - Well Equipment Solutions, the successful candidate will have a proactive and reliable work ethic accompanied by a commitment towards constantly improving your skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality will see you excel in this position! You will assist with a range of duties including:

  • Processing Accounts Payable
  • Entering and processing Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile staff expenses
  • Provide general administration support to various business units
  • Assist with ordering office supplies
  • Assist with processing of timesheets for payroll
  • Assist with catering for functions
  • Assist Procurement team with Goods Receipting
  • Data Entry
  • Monitor various mailboxes
