About The Role
MPC Kinetic is seeking a full time, permanent Junior Administrator to join our team based in Wellcamp. Reporting into the Operations Support Coordinator - Well Equipment Solutions, the successful candidate will have a proactive and reliable work ethic accompanied by a commitment towards constantly improving your skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality will see you excel in this position! You will assist with a range of duties including:
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Entering and processing Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile staff expenses
- Provide general administration support to various business units
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Assist with processing of timesheets for payroll
- Assist with catering for functions
- Assist Procurement team with Goods Receipting
- Data Entry
- Monitor various mailboxes
